Media
Together with our graphic designer, we are happy to create and print materials for your event, such as flyers, homepage programs or trade fair graphics. We also take care of invitation management and your press work.
Guest & speaker support
We efficiently take care of registration, communication and coordination to ensure a positive experience for all participants and provide information on travel and accommodation if required. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we also take care of the support and preparation of the speakers for you.
On-site support
Naturally, we personally accompany the day of the event! The well-being of your guests and yourself is important to us. We ensure that the event is well prepared and runs smoothly, avoid potential pitfalls and take care of issues quickly and efficiently should anything not run smoothly.
Follow-up
We systematically take care of the follow-up of the event, such as collecting feedback, analyzing the data and invoicing (if necessary). The feedback from participants and stakeholders is carefully evaluated in order to derive optimizations for future events.
